The service. PRYVC operates the Share Protocol: consumers approve field-level, time-limited shares of their contact details with businesses; both parties receive fingerprinted, auditable records.
Consumer obligations. Keep your profile accurate and your account secure. Shares you approve are transmitted as-is.
Business obligations. Use shared data only for the stated purpose and duration. Honor revocations: on a cease-communication notice you must stop contact within 10 business days and acknowledge. Non-response is recorded in a tamper-evident log the consumer may use in regulatory complaints.
Billing. Business subscriptions are $299/year; White Glove is $29/year — both via Stripe, cancellable anytime, effective at period end. Past-due business accounts become read-only; suspension follows after 14 days.
Liability. The service is provided as-is; our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months. PRYVC provides records and tooling, not legal advice.
